ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Tommi Rae Fowler (aka. T.Rae) is a Piedmont native with a progressive way of thinking about the foods she grew up on. Passionate about Southern, Latin, and Carribean cuisines T.Rae keeps your taste buds begging for more. After being crowned Winner of Food Network’s Teen Chopped in 2015, she studied Culinary and business management at the art institute of Charleston. T.Rae currently works as a chef at Oak Hill Cafe & Farm in Greenville, SC.
T.Rae is back again looking to make spirits bright with a bang’n brunch! Everyone can find the perfect morning meal with options that are gluten-free, dairy-sensitive, or vegan. Meals range from decadent hot cakes, 4-inch fluffy quiche, to the perfect parfait. Pre-order to secure your the most wonderful meal of the year!

4-in Quiche Breakfast ( Gluten Sensitive) – $13.00
Gluten-Sensitive Quiche with caramelized onions, gouda, and bacon inside! Served with side of fruit.
Stack of Hot Cake – $13.00
A generous stack of 1/2-in fluffy hot cakes served with butter, syrup, and side of fruit.
Vegan Bowl – $15.00
A large portion of sautéed veggies ( squash, broccoli, oyster/lionsmane mushrooms, tomatos) over rice with 3 vegan eggs topped with crispy kale.

T Rae’s favorite breakfast! A staple in the south passed down from my grandmother. It simple and delicious.
