(You will be asked to sign and agree to the following prior to receiving your room key at check-in)

All guest bookings must be paid for by credit card by the individual staying and the credit card on file for incidentals must match the ID of the person at check-in. No cash transactions for overnight lodging.

No person may pay for another guest unless both individuals are staying on premises for the entire duration of the reservation.

All guest contact information must be accurate and relate only to the person staying and paying for the reservation including phone number, email, and address.

No guest may reside for more than 7 days (consecutive or intermittent) within a 30-day period. Once 7 days have accrued, the guest must wait 30 days before making a return reservation.

No personal alcohol allowed on-site per State Law (including beer, wine, or liquor beverages)

No guests under the age of 16 allowed. Guests 16 or 17 years of age may be accompanied by a legal guardian in private rooms only and a signed waiver will be required at check-in.

Guests booking individually must be 18 years or older to lodge in dorm rooms or private rooms.

No pets or animals of any kind are allowed. If you legally require a service animal, please call prior to booking.

No smoking allowed, except in designated outdoor areas.

No drugs or illegal substances allowed on the premise.

No firearms allowed on the premise.

No personal sleeping bags, blankets, or pillows allowed.

No food or drink in guest rooms. All eating should be in the kitchen or common areas.
- No non-registered guests allowed in guest rooms (shared or private).

Please keep all personal belongings inside your private room or secure locker at all time. All dorm rooms should be clear of belongings on the floor or surrounding area to ensure fire exit safety. Modal is not liable for lost, stolen, or broken items.

No sexual advancements, harassment, or public indecency will be tolerated in the common areas or shared dorm rooms. Report any suspicious or lude behavior to staff immediately.·

No music should be played in any guest room or common area without headphones.

No loitering on the premise. Any individual that is not a paying customer of the establishment will be asked to vacate the premise.

Theft will result in immediate request to vacate the premise and permanent denial for future bookings.·

Be kind – rude, belligerent, unruly, inconsiderate, or hostile guests will be asked to vacate the premises.
